Trying to move SDCSS to SSL but having problems with keycloak redirection.

Redeployed latest version of rucio-client-container to 1.24.1-post1 following request from Riccardo.
Hypervisor hosting ES cluster for rucio analysis output needed to be reloaded via STFC support - OK now.
Rucio events broken due to bug in Rucio, informed Rizart.
Worked on src-docker-registry with Rohini and James to try both self signed certificates and account-login to pull from dockerhub. Currently the latter is in operation.
k8s doesn't allow pulling images over HTTP (unless on 10.x.x.x), so usual insecure-registries fix won't work.
